Phase I

Site Survey & Work Order

Pre-job walkthrough documents existing conditions: soft-foot check, base-plate condition, grout integrity, and coupling type. Every measurement recorded before a wrench is lifted.

Phase II

Rigging Plan & Safety Brief

Lift plan engineered to load charts. Crane capacity, sling angles, and pick points calculated before the rigger touches a shackle. Every lift signed off by a certified rigger.

Phase III

Precision Setting & Shimming

Machine set to elevation, level, and centerline. Stainless shim packs installed in calculated thicknesses. No improvised shims — every pack is documented and labeled.
